By accessing or using GP Intel ("the Service"), operated by GP Intel ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GP Intel provides a private equity intelligence platform that allows users to browse, search, and export data on General Partners (GPs), funds, portfolio companies, and related market data across European markets.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform beyond normal use
  • Redistribute or resell data obtained from the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, data, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GP Intel or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, GP Intel makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any data. The data is provided "as is" for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for investment decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GP Intel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
