5. Sub-processors & Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. The following sub-processors handle specific functions on our behalf under standard data processing agreements:

• Supabase (data hosting, authentication) · EU-based servers (Frankfurt). Stores account email, watchlist, saved searches, chat usage.
• Stripe (payments) · processes subscription payments. Handles card data, billing address, and invoice history. Stripe Inc. is GDPR-compliant under their Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Vercel (web hosting) · serves the website and processes your HTTP requests. EU/US infrastructure.
• PostHog (product analytics, opt-in only) · anonymized usage events when you accept analytics cookies. EU instance.
• Trigger.dev (background jobs) · handles non-blocking tasks (data refreshes). No personal data touched.

We may also disclose data if required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated rows (watchlist, saved searches, chat history, subscription records) at any time from your account page · no email request needed. Deletion is immediate; subscription is canceled with no further charges.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data · download a JSON export from your account page (Article 20).
• Rectify inaccurate data · email contact@gp-intel.com.
• Erase your account · self-service from your account page (Article 17).
• Restrict or object to data processing · email us.
• Withdraw consent for analytics cookies · clear the consent in your browser or via the banner that appears on next visit.

For requests not covered by self-service, contact contact@gp-intel.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use two categories of cookies:

• Essential (always on) · authentication session, CSRF protection, cookie consent state. Required for the Service to function.
• Analytics (opt-in only) · PostHog product analytics. Set only after you click "Accept" on the consent banner. Reject = no analytics scripts load.

You can withdraw analytics consent by clearing your browser's site data for gp-intel.com.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
